when it's gray in LA
all I wanted to do this morning was walk to the Boston Public Library, rent multiple episodes of NOVA and go home and watch them in bed. This is how the holidays affect me. Some people overeat, some people become emotionally abusive to family members, but hedgehogs, hedgehogs turn to PBS.

This is so true. Even though I hardly ever watch NOVA. I like to think I'm a person who watches NOVA, but I really don't. In fact it was on last night, but it was about termites, so I watched A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving instead. I'm not sure what that says about me, other than that I'm a sucker for Snoopy.
Hedgehogs and PBS go together like chocolate and cake. Any NOVA favorites, Ivan?
I watched A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving last night, too, which I'd never seen before an found kinda boring. Did you watch the following one, Simon? The new-ish one about a bully, which totally threw me off because of it's new-ness and I didn't realize Peanuts cartoons were made post 1978.
big fan of the nova about forest fires. don't know why... it's just kinda awesome.
