Durrrr, my first comment was lame. It is very early and rainy and dark and I am still more or less asleep. I can't figure out whether you have been painting your toenails at work or napping. Whichever it is, I applaud you, because I would take either of those over what I must do today, which is, I think, suffer.
OH! I guess I haven't been getting enough sleep either. Or I just can't tell one pair of black flip flops from another pair of black flip flops. Why do you have two pairs of black flip flops? That's just asking for this kind of trouble.
I was also initially confused by this picture, unsure of what I was missing. But to answer Simon's question, isn't the right flip-flop (on the left foot) brown?
I didn't notice the two different colors at first, either. Apparently, Ivan, your readers are not at the height of fashion criticism and/or we're just jealous you get to wear flip-flops to work. Personally, the first thing I noticed was that your keyboard looks like it's made from sweet-tarts. Seriously, why so many colors?!? Is it a nutty editing keyboard?
Simon: are you color blind? Matt: AVID Keyboards are pretty :) (another reason it's better than final cut pro)
The main argument at work was I should have felt the difference since one has a plastic-y footbed and the other is foamy. but whatever. I was glad someone pointed it-- it totally explained why I found one under the bed and one in the closet.
There are only two possible messages. The first is an automatic response to the second and the second is an automatic response to the first. The first is, "Here I am, here I am, here I am." The second is, "So glad you are, so glad you are, so glad you are." (Kurt Vonnegut, The Sirens of Titan)

erm... I wore two different shoes to work. I'm glad you didn't notice either. It took a coworker pointing it out for me to go "wow".

My COMPUTER has a GLARE-BLOCKER-THINGY on it which makes BLACK and BROWN look the same. Shuttup!
